What is your typical turnaround?
Orders received by 12pm PST are typically shipped out the same day. Orders received after this cut off are typically shipped out by 3pm the next business day via whatever shipping means you or your customer designates on the order. Rush orders can also be accommodated on a case-by-case basis.

Who can I contact in the event of an order change or other question?
Every account is assigned a primary and a secondary backup Customer Service Representative (CSR) who you can contact during normal business hours to discuss your account, order, or other questions you may have.

How and when can we view our current inventory levels?
All of our clients are provided with access to online real-time inventory reads through our partner portal. Advanced system users can also use this same system access to place their orders, and to track and manage their orders 24/7 from any internet connection worldwide.

Is online real-time reporting available?
Reporting is one of our system's greatest strengths. Real-time inventory, ordering, and warehouse reporting is available 24/7. We offer over 75 standard reports and have the ability to provide customized reporting should the need arise. (Most of our customers find the standard reports more than adequate to meet their ROI needs.) The best part - 95% of our standard reports are directly downloadable to Microsoft Excel.

How often does Pacific meet with its clients?
At a minimum we offer our fulfillment clients a Quarterly Business Review (QBR), which is either a face-to-face or conference call depending on customer location, convenience, and availability. We have clients who prefer a monthly review, and others who prefer a bi-annual review - the choice is yours and we'll accommodate any preference. Be assured, if an issue concerning an order, shipment, or other situation does occur, it will be handled quickly and efficiently and the outcome will be communicated to you as quickly as possible in order to resolve it - its just our way.

Who are Pacific's shipping partners?
We have shipping accounts with all of the standard shipping carriers including UPS, Fed Ex, USPS, local couriers, etc. We also offer freight handling and logistics services through other freight carriers including SEKO, Yellow, UPS, and others in order to provide you with the competitive bids and professional freight handling you and your customers deserve.
