  Chris Ballard | president

Chris has more than 16 years of experience in marketing, production, logistics, and operations management for Fortune 100 and 500 high-tech companies. Most recently, he worked at Itron, Inc., an 8,000 employee global energy product and services company, where he held the positions of Sr. Online Marketing Analyst and Marketing Production Manager. Chris also acted as primary marketing project manager for two large corporate acquisitions and played a critical lead role in their worldwide SharePoint07 integration project. Other noteworthy successes included the creation, implementation, and later expansion of Itron's in-house print and fulfillment service centers, which saved Itron $2.5M in 2008. He also created and implemented its online logo-wear ordering site, corporate brand management roll-out phases II and III, and built their digital asset management system. Chris also worked as Worldwide Marketing Operations Manager for Applied Biosystems (now Life Technologies), a global biotechnology instrument systems manufacturer, where he was responsible for the creation and management of its in-house and outsourced printing, document control, and worldwide fulfillment services including the set-up of several print & fulfillment operations overseas.

 
  Christine Ballard | general office manager

For the last 18 years, Christine worked in technical customer support and service product management for Applied Biosystems (now Life Technologies), a global biotechnology instrument systems manufacterer. In her most recent position as a service product manager, she supplied in-house product management, logistics, and quality assurance support to the company's service engineers in order to ensure optimum resolution of customer issues in the field. Christine has the unique ability to analyze extremely detailed processes involving multiple stakeholders, and develop solutions that consistently meet the business needs of both her internal and external clients. With Christine as office manager, our clients are guaranteed to always receive the most professional, thorough, and results-oriented customer service possible.

 
  Paul Long | director of digital print operations

Paul has experience as a production technician and production manager for global printing equipment companies Ikon and Xerox, where he was housed at the contract print centers of two large corporate customers. Paul's responsibilites involved maximizing printing equipment capabilities to achieve consistently branded collateral and promotional marketing materials within a targeted budget. His experience with professional color management techniques enabled Paul to achieve spot-on color every time. A penchant for problem-solving also motivated him to identify several contract print jobs that could, with minor equipment modifications, be accurately produced in-house, resulting in significant cost savings. Prior to his life as a production technician, an entrepreneurial spirit led Paul to own several businesses that required detailed knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and cost-control techniques.
