Facility

Our newly custom built warehouse, containing 5000 storage feet of shelving and pallet options, enables Pacific the flexibility to accommodate the needs of your growing business and/or its seasonal fluctuations.  Secure storage is also available for items that might cost a little more or require extra protection.

Pick, Pack and Ship


Fast and accurate pick, pack and ship services are the key to cost-effective fulfillment, and your customer's on-time delivery satisfaction.

Pacific utilizes an automated system that tracks customer orders from receipt through the distribution process, keeping details visible to reduce the possibility of errors.  Our warehouse inventory is highly organized for quick, efficient order picking, and fulfillment processes constantly reviewed to keep accuracy high and costs low.  And, as logistics experts, Pacific evaluates your company's shipping needs and has negotiated carrier rates with leading package and freight carriers known for safe package handling and consistent on-time delivery.

Our fulfillment team makes every effort to ensure your customer receives what they order, when they expect it, which encourages their loyalty to your company.  Pacific's team also has extensive experience with building and maintaining brand standards, and can recommend different branding and packaging solutions to optimize your product's marketing influence.

Custom Kitting

Our staff has over 10 years technical consulting experience assisting clients with custom kitting processes.  We can help your business analyze whether pick-and-pack or kitting is the most cost effective for your items, what packaging will best protect them, and how to pack them efficiently to save on shipping and handling costs.

Electronic Document Fulfillment


Some customers have no need for a hardcopy version.  We understand this and in these cases, electronic document delivery is the answer.  Through our interface, customers can simply go to your storefront, order the document they want and receive a link to it instantly delivered through email.

Recycling/Conservation

Inventory Management


Pacific is an early adopter of advanced technology solutions.  Several years ago we implemented a Software as a Service (SaaS) business model.  This offers our business partners access to a superior system for managing their order and inventory processes without purchasing expensive software of paying related licensing and maintenance fees.

Our company uses a robust fulfillment and marketing management software solution that provides our customers 24/7 online access to order, inventory and reporting information.  At any given moment, from any location, you can review statistics on orders received, orders shipped, inventory levels and other information necessary for making timely business decisions.  Over 75 standard reports can be downloaded to Excel files for management use, and custom reports created and made available within 72hrs. or less.  The system can also be configured to support multiple ordering sources, then capture and compile their data to supply your company one voice for tracking, shipping and reporting.

A branded storefront can also be supplied if you need full ordering and management functionality, or the software can interface with more company's ordering platforms to provided a back-end solution.  In addition, Pacific can typically have your company linked to the system and taking full advantage of its valuable management tools within four weeks.

Alternate Service Providers


Some customers require the services of secondary vendors to complete their fulfillment inventory.  Our team has many years of experience qualifying alternate service providers whose product and quality standards mirror our own, then facilitating projects through their system to produce a successful result on time and within budget.  We have solid relationships in place with leading offset print and finish work providers, as well as promotional item vendors.

Returns


At Pacific, we believe it's important to proactively manage the distribution process to ensure all customers receive their orders so that returns processing costs are kept to a minimum.  All addresses are verified to increase shipping accuracy with errors reported back to your company in a timely and efficient manner.  Every return is evaluated for cause and a plan established to eliminate future incidents.  Statistics on returns are also collected and analyzed regularly by our team in order to further refine processes and reduce returns expenses.

Personal service is the cornerstone of our business, and a valuable benefit we're proud to extend to you and your customers.  Pacific has professional, experience customer service representatives (CSR's) available to handle your company's voice and email order inquires when a total service solution is required.  Any CSR assigned to your company is thoroughly educated on your offerings, processes, and most importantly, your service culture to ensure a positive experience for every customer.
